Disability Accommodations

Disability Parking

Thursday, October 24, Friday, October 25 and Sunday, October 27

A limited amount of disability parking is available on Memorial Way (across from Registration Headquarters at Ford Center). Please display a valid disabled person parking placard or license plate to access these areas.

If you have a state-issued disabled person parking placard/plate, you may also park in the following places on campus Thursday-Sunday:

  • Designated blue spaces
  • Service Vehicle spaces (a posted time limit may apply)
  • Commuter (“A” or “C”) and residential permit spaces
  • Metered/visitor pay parking spaces except in Li Ka Shing Center / Beckman Lot

Saturday, October 26

Anticipate heavy traffic on Saturday due to the football game, and allow extra time to arrive on campus. (NOTE: Reunion Homecoming golf cart service ends at 6:00pm on Saturday.)

Varsity Lot: A limited number of ADA parking is available in the Varsity Lot. Please display a valid ADA parking placard or license plate to access these areas. You must display your placard/plate AND the print-at-home Reunion Homecoming Saturday Parking Pass to avoid paying $30 (cash only) to park in the Varsity Lot, even if you are not attending the game.

Golf Carts

Alumni with limited mobility may text (650) 667-8733 for a ride to/from Reunion Homecoming event venues (texts only).

Please include your name, location and number in your party in the text message.

For alumni with limited mobility attending the football game, pick up and drop off is available only in the Varsity Lot by the Pac-12 flag poles.

Friday, Ocotber 25
7:30am - 11:30pm

Saturday, October 26
8:30am - 6:00pm

Sunday, October 27
8:00am - 2:30pm

Service and Support Animals

Please note that the University restricts pets and emotional support animals from public spaces on campus, with the exception of service animals that are specifically trained to perform a service and/or task for an individual with a disability.

Restricted areas include dining areas, athletic venues, performances spaces, etc.
