Can I submit my Class Book page?
Yes! Alumni can submit their pages for the online version of the book until October 2020. Visit the Class Books general information page and find the link for your class. If you are having trouble accessing the page because of an unrecognized email address, please contact email@example.com and we'll address the issue. Please note, alumni who submit after May 6 will have their content published online only, not in the printed book.
Can I submit my page via postal mail or email my page in?
Emailed and mailed-in pages are no longer accepted, and we encourage you to submit online.
If I didn't submit a page, can I read the Class Book pages?
Yes of course. Visit the Class Books general information page and find the link for your class. If you are having trouble accessing the page because of an unrecognized email address, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll address the issue.
Do I receive the printed Class Book? (applies to page submitters only)The printed Class Book will be mailed to all submitters celebrating their 25th, 50th, 55th and 60th reunions. Submitters celebrating their 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 30th, 35th, 40th and 45th reunions who have requested a printed book will receive it in the late summer. If you did not request a printed book, you can view the online version or email email@example.com to request a downloadable PDF version later this summer.
How many photographs can I upload to my page?
You can upload one profile photo and up to three additional photos (jpg, tiff and png files).
NOTE: The first and last name you entered for your page will appear immediately underneath your profile photo. If you enter a caption for the profile photo, it will only show when clicking on the overlaying graphic (the letter 'i') in the upper right of the profile photo.
Captions entered for the additional photos will display immediately underneath those photos.
If you are celebrating your 55th or 60th reunions, and you want to include more than one photo on a page, you can email additional photos to firstname.lastname@example.org.
I want to edit my page after I submit, is that possible?
Yes (for the 5th-50th reunion classes. Visit the Class Book page link https://stanford.brightcrowd.com/XXXX (where XXXX is your class year) and click on the 'My Page' link in the upper right of the page in order to edit your entry.
Can I search Class Book pages by keywords now that they are online?
Yes. You can search by name, dorm or residence, hobbies or interests, or just a keyword in general.
If we are married, can we submit a single Class Book page?
Yes. When you are asked for your first name and last name, there is also a field to add your spouse/partner name.
If I have a partner and we use the same email address, how can we submit two different Class Book pages?Depending on your browser, and assuming you've created the first page, your partner can open a new incognito or private browsing window. If you use Chrome, go to FILE and select “New Icognito Window”. If using Safari or Firefox, go to FILE and select "New Private Window".
How do I find the map that shows the cities where my classmates are living?
Visit the Class Book page link https://stanford.brightcrowd.com/XXXX (where XXXX is your class year) and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. You'll find the map.
