Check-in

Registration

Check-in will take place beginning October 21 at the Registration Headquarters located at the Ford Center, 365 Galvez St., Stanford, CA 94305. You will also be able to make changes to your registration when you arrive.

All attendees, including guests, must be present to receive their name tag and complete their vaccination check.  We will not be able to give name tags for guests to spouses or friends.

If you are attending Dinner on the Quad, there will be a vaccination check and name tag available at the quad, but please allow extra time for check in.  We encourage all attendees to go to Ford Center to check-in earlier in the day, you will not need to stand in line at the entrance to Dinner on the Quad.

Class Parties will also have vaccine check points available, but allow extra time for arrival, or plan to do your vaccination check earlier in the day at Ford Center.

Check-in & Documentation Requirements

Our check-in process will require a review of your COVID-19 vaccine by our staff in order to gain entry to the event. Attendees must bring a government issued photo ID that matches the name and information on vaccination documentation.

  • For proof of vaccination status: a hard copy, photo-copy, or digital copy of the vaccination card will be accepted. For international travelers, a signed doctor’s letter with medical provider license number and date, or official government document will be accepted.*

    • Vaccination documentation should clearly indicate: 

      • Full Name

      • Birthdate

      • Vaccine name/manufacturer

      • Date(s) of vaccination 

Digital Covid-19 Vaccine records will be accepted as proof if all pertinent info is visible. We will NOT be scanning QR codes, and we will not be storing any information. 

Exemptions approved through the Office of Diversity and Access will need to provide a negative test taken within 72 hours of coming to campus.  Negative tests dated before October 19, 2021 will not be accepted.

  • Proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR or LAMP test should clearly indicate:

    • Full Name

    • Birthdate

    • Type of test (we are only accepting PCR and LAMP at this time)

    • Date of test

    • Test result
